And The Award For The Worst Movie Goes To?

Razzie Awards 2016 Winners

Tonight’s Oscars® are supposed to celebrate the best in the movie industry, they don’t, and I’ll probably catch up on some UFC shows instead.
The Razzies® are the antithesis of the big overblown shindig this evening and awards films and actors for their valiant efforts in providing the movie industry with really awful performances over the last 12 months.

Films up for Worst Picture at this year’s 36th Annual Razzie® Awards are big budget/high profile productions that have no excuse for being among the year’s “berry” worst. 2015’s acting contenders include popular stars like Johnny Depp, Channing Tatum, and Kayley Cuoco. Previous Oscar® winners Gwyneth Paltrow, Eddie Redmayne and Julianne Moore, and such Razzie Repeat Offenders as Adam Sandler, Jennifer Lopez and Katherine Heigl.

WORST PICTURE – Two movies share the award
Fantastic Four
Fifty Shades of Grey

Jamie Dornan, Fifty Shades of Grey

Dakota Johnson, Fifty Shades of Grey

Eddie Redmayne, Jupiter Ascending

Kaley Cuoco, Alvin & The Chipmunks Road Chip, and The Wedding Ringer

Fantastic Four

Josh Trank, Fantastic Four

RAZZIE REDEEMER AWARD – Past Razzie Winners  Who Put In A Really Good Performance This Time –
Sylvester Stallone (All-Time RAZZIE Champ, award contender for Creed)

To sum, up five wins for ‘Shades Of Grey’ & three for ‘Fantastic Four’ and the end of a mixed week for Kaley Cuoco who celebrated the 20oth ep of the megahit sitcom ‘Big Bang Theory’ but won a Razzie® fot worst supporting actress. Being gorgeous and earning a cool million dollars an episode for ‘Big Bang’ will soften the blow.

Mooks Out!
